Frequently Asked Questions
What are the system requirements?
MorphMe Live requires Windows 10 or later, a webcam, and a stable internet connection. All AI processing runs on Decart's cloud servers via WebRTC — no gaming PC or powerful GPU needed. Any modern laptop or desktop will work.
How do I set it up with OBS Studio?
MorphMe Live runs a local MJPEG stream server. In OBS Studio, add a Browser Source or Media Source pointing to the stream URL shown in the app. Your transformed character feed will appear in OBS automatically.
Does it work with other streaming software?
MorphMe Live provides an MJPEG stream that any software can capture. It works with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, XSplit, and any app that supports browser or media sources.
How does pricing work?
MorphMe Live is free to download. You purchase credit packs inside the app to power AI streaming sessions — the Decart Lucy 2 model consumes 2 credits per second of active morphing. Packs start at $15. See our Pricing page for details.
What payment methods can I use?
Two options: Paystack for Nigerian customers (Visa, Mastercard, Verve, bank transfer, USSD — charged in NGN) and cryptocurrency for international customers (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL on major networks). Credits arrive instantly via Paystack and within minutes of network confirmation via crypto.
How do I update to the latest version?
MorphMe Live includes an auto-updater that checks for new versions on launch. When an update is available, you'll see a notification banner in the app. You can also download the latest version manually from our Updates page.
The character swap looks laggy or choppy. What can I do?
Since the AI runs in the cloud, lag is usually caused by your internet connection. Try switching to a wired connection, closing bandwidth-heavy apps, or moving closer to your router. A stable connection with low latency gives the best results.
Can I use my own character images?
Yes! MorphMe Live supports importing custom character reference images. Use a clear photo for the best results. You can also add a text prompt to fine-tune how the AI transforms your appearance.
What powers MorphMe Live?
MorphMe Live is powered by Decart AI's Lucy 2 real-time inference technology, integrated into a desktop streaming app for Windows.
